APG Foundation Launches Newly Designed Web Site

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – (October 26, 2018) The Anna Purna Ghosh Foundation (APG Foundation) is pleased to announce a fresh and newly revamped website, launched today.

Thanks to Operation Overnight, and Geonetric, the Foundation was one of three local nonprofit organizations chosen for a revamp. “We are beyond thrilled to have been chosen by the Geonetric team to design and enhance our web site. We’ve wanted this for a long time, and thanks to Geonetric we are able to extend our mission to serve cancer patients in need”, states Elaina Kempin, Board VP.

The new website offers the ability to submit online, the forms patients must complete to leverage the grants provided through the Foundation. It also allows providers to learn more information about covered services, donors to submit online monetary donations, all in a fresh new page design, and mobile-friendly format. Cedric Lofdhal, Board President says, “Watching the APG Foundation grow over the years has been personally rewarding for me. With the enhanced capabilities to the web site, we now have an even greater ability to connect with the communities and patients we serve”.

About the APG Foundation

The APG Foundation was founded in the Fall, 2002, with the primary mission to provide financial assistance to local cancer and blood disease patients, helping them obtain prescription drugs or prostheses needed for their treatment, including medications to help diminish its side effects. To be eligible for reimbursement, the patient must be a resident of Iowa, receive treatment in Linn County, and must have no other readily available financial means.
